Wellness + Wine is making its long-awaited return to Animante de Rondeña, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome our wellness community back to this beloved experience. We’re honored to have our lineup of exceptional instructors whose expertise and passion create an atmosphere of balance and renewal. Whether you’re a longtime participant or new to the practice, Wellness + Wine is an opportunity to nourish both body and soul while savoring the beauty of the winery. We can’t wait to share these moments and, of course, a well-earned glass of wine with you.

Open to people of all skill levels, Wellness + Wine participants enjoy a one-hour practice at Animante de Rondeña, followed by a glass of wine and an invitation to stay and relax on the grounds of our beautiful winery.
